that, my dear, is why you get only 35 and not 40+ points. spent most of my time slaving over non work aka drafts before rewriting IAs *just* before submission. ahh. psh, touchy because IB wasn’t that easy for me. glad that it was for you

I don’t know why you guys are crying so much about IB being so difficult.. I managed to write my TOK essay last year in 4 hours as well as doing most of my IA’s including Business HL, World Lits and even my extended essay in 2 days each. I did most of the work during march like 2 weeks before it was to be sent off for grading…still managed to get a 35 with minimum effort…and now looking back it seems like a walk in the park, well not exactly maybe a walk in the park during a thunderstorm! LOL

at the moment and its just so diffcult to structure

Well, this essay is very flexible, so you have to define the scope for yourself. Basically, you have to address the issue of objective and subjective perception and bring in the relevant ways of knowing and areas of knowledge. Also you need to provide counterclaims to your stand regarding each stand you make and provide real life examples.

hello,
i just stumbled across this today by utter chance and i have to say that this was truly inspiring.
as a christian and IBer myself i couldn’t have counted the number of times i’ve had my faith shaken in tok classes filled with atheists and agnostics.
thank you, really, for this. i think this really does prove that God’s purposes and ways are far beyond our comprehension.
